Spring Training Total Hockey Fitness
May 3-June 10, 2021 — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
June 21-July 15, 2021 — Tuesdays and Wednesdays (once ice is in at Hailey Ice)
10 weeks, 26 sessions
5:30-6:30 p.m. — High School/College/U19
6:35-7:35 p.m. — Pee Wee/Bantam/U14-U12
Coached by Chad O'Brien, this program will focus on developing and enhancing athleticism, speed, quickness, strength, and overall fitness as it relates to ice hockey in today's game. Primary sessions will be based out of Hailey Ice and be held outdoors utilizing our strength and fitness gear there.
These will be small groups of 6-10 players only.
There may be additional “off-site” training taking place in the Valley.
*Please note, there will be a corresponding on-ice skating/skill program from June 21-July 15, 2021 run by Hailey Ice.
